Reading is Fundamental  
  At the 2004 Convention, the Fraternity adopted Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) as our national philanthropy. The P.A.A. will incorporate volunteer hours and programs to support this cause.  
 
Family Support Services  
  A welfare agency that supports the challenges of today’s families.  
 
Women's Resource Center  
  Provides information and referral services to women throughout the Philadelphia area.  
 
Baker Industries Inc.  
  A work rehabilitation program designed for people with disabilities, recovering substance abusers, individuals on parole or probation, and homeless people.  
 
Peter's Place  
  A center for grieving children and families.  
 
Kappa Foundation  
  Each year P.A.A. sends thousands of dollars to support Kappa Foundation programs such as Rose McGill, Scholarships and the Leadership Initiative.
